She was prepared and did a good job keeping my wife off the ledge after the first buyer canceled.she nurtured the buyers at our open house and sold it a week or so later. We would use her again if selling in Naperville area. What helps is that smile is on her face all the time! Makes everyone feel positive because of the experience.

Bill and Mary White did an outstanding job in the process of selling our home. We were especially impressed by their attention to detail and willingness to "think outside of the box" to increase the exposure our house received.When things were slow in the Fall, they encouraged us to do some additional touch up painting and modernize fixtures so that the home would appeal to a wider audience. They also recommended "staging" the house a little differently which brought great results.It's important to note that Bill and Mary are very well connected in the Naperville area which is a bonus. In the last 35 years my wife and I have bought and sold 6 primary residences and have had multiple rental properties. Bill and Mary White are the most professional and results oriented team we've dealt with.
