Amy was incredible. We had the house on the market with a different broker for 8 weeks without a single offer. We met with Amy to consider a change and she laid out her plan to sell the house. She has a playbook. We pulled the house for 2 weeks to get it ready for the new listing with Amy. The house was RE-activated and had a showing within an hour and a contract within the day. Those buyers ended up not qualifying and the contract dissolved on a Monday and we had a full cash offer on Tuesday.
