Bill was very knowledgeable about the local market and quickly understood what we were looking for in a home. He recognized the opportunity with the home we purchased before we did, and encouraged us to pursue an offer. He has excellent relationships with contractors and service providers and has gotten us together with those we need. He's also assisted us with integrating into the community by helping us join Cress Creek Country Club. Bill's friendly, an excellent communicator and professional. I recommend him wholeheartedly.

When we decided to sell our house the only person we considered to hire as our broker was Bill White. We lived in our house for 31 years and believed Bill was involved in more real estate sales in Cress Creek than anyone else. My impression was Bill was the most knowledgeable real estate agent for homes in Cress Creek. His advice was spot on. I knew Bill would be fair with his fees. There were no surprises during the short time our home was on the market. We were kept up to date and the closing could not have gone any smoother. If anyone asks me I will recommend Bill to be his/her real estate agent.
